Guy joined INNOVA in April 2006 as commercialization manager. He advises seed and early-stage companies as well as WVHTC Foundation programs through the commercialization process.

Prior to joining the INNOVA team, Guy held the position of director of commercial programs at the Institute for Scientific Research, Inc. (ISR). At ISR, Guy developed strategies for the commercial utilization of ISR's technology and research applications in areas of biomedical research, education, software development, mining safety and communication, VTOL aerial vehicles and automotive controls and diagnostics.

Guy received a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia University. He has a strong background in marketing and public relations with an emphasis on business development and strategic planning including industrial and commercial manufacturers, health care, consumer goods, financial institutions, Internet start-ups and retail chains.
