FastTrac^® Listening to Your Business^™ Workshop is a hands-on, facilitated workshop designed to provide entrepreneurs and business managers with the critical evaluation tools and action steps needed to maximize the growth and profitability of their businesses.

This four-hour workshop takes entrepreneurs through a four-step evaluation and action process designed to enhance business performance, now and into the future including:

• Setting a three-year vision - involves a series of activities allowing the entrepreneur to discover where the company is today and where it will be in three years
• Taking a business snapshot - a process to determine at what stage in development a business is currently (concept, start-up, growth, maturity, innovation or decline) and where the business plans wishes to be in three years
• Evaluating the planning process - assesses plans that are and are not in place (feasibility plan, business, strategic, operational) and how these can be adjusted or created to maximize future success
• Translating goals into an action plan - determines the actions and resources necessary to reach three-year vision

To-date, INNOVA has held workshops in the following West Virginia cities:

• Beckley, WV
• Morgantown, WV
• Charleston, WV

INNOVA plans to expand to additional cities throughout West Virginia in the future.
